I think the cover has an eye-catching colour scheme, but I think it could be better.
The main character, Charlie Lewis, is well fleshed out with a strong narration and the first chapter being of his last day at school is smart as it pinpoints a major change in his life so keeps us engaged long enough to want to discover what happens next. I would love to read more as it was written with good-humour and the last page seemed to be almost a bit of a cliff-hanger, making me want to find out more.
