The premise sounds interesting - a nearly 40 year old looking back on his first love before he gets married. And, given the fact of how he was at 16, this makes the story very interesting.
The first impression could go either way - but given the fact he didn't end up with the girl in the beginning, I'm wondering why things would be different this go around or in review.
This is one I will pass on and read up on in reviews.
As far as rating the cover - it tends more for YA (young adult) than adult.
