I found this to be a fun, colorful dessert recipe book with a side of advice on how to move on after love has gone bad and plenty of wordplay for the pun-lover in your life. The names of each recipe are cute and original. The pictures are colorful and engaging. What I enjoyed most are the words of wisdom and thoughts on love gone bad that are interspersed throughout the book.
I think this would be a fun book to give anyone that has been jilted in love. It's a clever way to harness all those negative feelings and bake them out of your system. I am not a baking aficionado, but there are at least two recipes that look really good to me: You're a Piece of Sheet Cake (aka: Cinco Leches Cake) and Fruck Off (aka Peanut-Corn Chip Candy).
