I received this book over the weekend and my first thought was how colorful it was (and then my second thought was how much could I make right away!). The layout is great with a ton of pictures and explanations of different baking tools and techniques.
My 19 year old and I had a lot of fun going through the recipe names and talking about who we would make it for and why. It's definitely a good book to open up communications and have a good laugh. I can only imagine how this book would be with a wine and girls night out!
The recipes look great and a lot of them are things I would not have thought of (I am looking at you, Flaming Hot Cheetos Ganache). There were definitely a lot of them I cannot wait to try out (the fudge and the crepe cake are on my first to try list).
All in all this is a fun and different cookbook that I think should and will do very well. It's a fun conversation piece, it has a lot of great recipes, and does a great job explaining what the ingredients are. Great job and I look forward to making many, many, passive aggressive desserts.
