Anger Management: Baking Edition
This is a really fun premise! As someone who uses baking or cooking to combat stress, Kim doesn't need to sell me on her idea that getting in to the kitchen is a great way to work out bad feelings. I think it might lean a little too heavy into the "bake this stuff and give it to someone who has wronged you" message, but in truth, it's the recipes that really matter here.
Most of the recipes included in the excerpt look great, although I'm not sold on mixing Doritos and chocolate. I'll definitely be trying some of the others though. The artwork and photography are great. The bright colors throughout are engaging and the images really sell each recipe. I imagine the full book will have great recipes for both novice bakers and those who are more comfortable in the kitchen. Will definitely be on the look out for this one in stores.
