So, in a former life (meaning, 2014), I was in school to be a pastry chef. And I loved the idea of doing abstract bakes or putting my heart/feelings into a dish. And that is EXACTLY what Heather Kim has done! The photography in this book is gorgeous, the recipes are fun to read, aren't condescending, and super easy to follow. And did I mention that everything looks and sounds delicious?!
