Heather Kim is serving up an excellent, new cook book! I don't know what her qualifications are, or what any cookbook's writer's qualifications are, for being a great recipe-create-er but she has done a wonderful job curating the ideas and bring them all together with fun titles and hilarious side notes. Really, the commentary draws you in even deeper than the pictures of the foods that you can sample.
