Okay. This is going to be a long-ish one because now I am just gushing with love for this book!

First, the cover is an absolute work of art. I love how bold it is and it definitely draws the reader in.

Secondly, I love rom-coms, so it's no surprise that I picked up this book. I feel like Sunny is such a relatable character, creating a fake persona to impress the girl that he loves. Sunny is also a total nerd, which I admire. I love his interests, LARP, DIY role-play, everything. I feel like his attitude is definitely relatable as well, perfectly skeptical/cynical. I think many can relate to pretending to be a person you're not (and while it's not an unique idea, I think David Yoon does it in a very effective way). So not only is it a rom-com, it's also a book about discovering onself.

Altogether, I think the characters were really nice and ditto for the plot. I think I now need to read Frankly in Love because David Yoon has made it to my list of favorite authors and I need more!
