I am a lover of rom-coms. They make me all warm and fuzzy inside. That said, I am not usually a fan of the kind of book where the characters make bad decision upon bad decision and tell lie upon lie that you know will come crashing down around them in a big mess. All the same, I didn't have anything to lose by reading a couple chapters, and to be honest, I'm not *all* that surprised that I like it. I am surprised by how HYPED I am for this book. Added bonus that the cover is so pretty : )
