I loved David Yoon's debut, Frankly in Love, and I have a feeling that I am going to love this one too. With a premise that feels both classic rom-com and totally new (a teen faking being in a band to impress a girl actually ends up forming a band), Yoon is back with another laugh-out-loud contemporary novel set in the throes of high school. The set-up reminds me a lot of John Green's Paper Towns, especially with the introduction of the main characters and his buddies, who simultaneous love and loathe their loserdom togetherness. Can't wait to read the whole thing!
