The cover immediately grabbed my attention; it gives me a feeling of a cute, edgy romance manga from the 90s.
Within the first two pages, it pulled me in and kept me engaged. Through out the entire reading experience I laughed out loud and am still chuckling at things that were said.
The characters are precious. Incredibly lively and individual, which allowed me to follow along without getting lost. Each a lovable personality and sense of humor. Even Gunner made me laugh.
Yoon threw in random little facts through out the writing which I adored.
The addition of D&D and LARPing was the cherry on top for me. I was sold.
There are so many facets packed into this story which left me with a cliffhanger and am intrigued by; Sunny’s DIY projects, Gray, his parents & their business, his friends, and his self image and how that will develop with Cirrus.
