I really loved some of these poems. They made me think deeply and consider new perspectives. I like how even the short poems packed a punch. I actually preferred the shorter segments as opposed to the longer rambling poems. Honestly, though, some of the poems (especially the italicized bits) felt like cheesy fortune cookie advice. This was overall a mixed bag. I loved the inclusion of photography.
