I really liked that the characters included a diverse blend of characters - rich in ethnicities and class. I was also impressed that the teens didn't speak like they were very young. This is an area where many authors truly err; they simply can't write teen dialogue accurately. This author does a great job representing teens who've just graduated from high school.
