I've been excited about this book ever since the author first announced it on social media! I love that this story is a reimagining of a classic Chinese tale, but is not set in China--instead, it's set in an invented world inspired by Chinese culture. I think that's really cool!
I've enjoyed the voice of the opening pages, and look forward to reading more!
