For the first two chapters of a book, that was intense. I really feel like I already know the characters well and I’m so interested to see how Zephyr is going to get out of this. I love how she is a strategist rather than a warrior. So often books focus on warriors and fighting. It’s unique to see it from a strategist pov. And, in my opinion, much more interesting. Surviving when the odds are against you, but not because you are a miraculous fighter, but because you use your brain. I’m looking forward to reading the rest!
