This is the first book I've ever read from this author. Starting with the cover. This book has a very beautiful cover that has fantastic shelf appeal. After reading the synopsis of this book, I definitely thought this book could help me improve my life. I have never read a book that deals with self-help before, but my psychologist insisted on me locating on book like this to help improve my quality of life and he was right. After reading the preview, I got in touch with the author and we received a copy of this to read. This book definitely has a lot of information that can help a wide variety of individuals. This book has absolutely helped me in becoming a calmer person. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has never tried reading a self-help book. It can definitely make you a better person
