Ok... let's be honest... when it comes to see-help books it's easier to read them then it is to actually practice the lessons and exercises that are between the pages.

At first, I was a little... I don't know... jealous (?) of the author's privilege of just being able to go off to study meditation and not have to worry about a getting a real job and making real money and having to support himself. But he acknowledges that fact of his privilege freely and then proceeds to "talk" to reader in a real down to earth manner.

I read this book in bits and pieces and between other fiction novels. This is definitely a book that I plan to reread at some point as I believe there are more lessons to be learned–especially on how to make more time for ME.
