I need to read this book more than anyone. I am on a journey right now to be more present and to read things that help me learn how to do so. This would be such a good book for me to read and review and share with all of my friends and family who read as much as I do. This looks like such a good book that will truly help people and I really hope that I win it so that I can share with everyone my review on here and other platforms. Thank you for finally having a book like this that is sort of a self-help book. I am really anxious to read this and I love the front cover. The author sounds amazing too.
