Right off the bat, I like the cover and I’m very interested in the subject matter. It has vibes of You’re Not Listening, which I also very much enjoyed. I’m quite looking forward to learning any mindfulness techniques that will allow for better sleep, one area in my life that’s driving me nuts. I also like the writing style. So far, the author seems very down to earth.
