Something about the blurb on this book hit a chord in me. Ever since I read it a week or so ago, I've been waiting for this raffle to open up. Such powerful stuff! My goal for this year is to practice mindfulness and this book is right in line with some concepts that I need to work through. I read every single word of the First Look and I cannot wait to receive this book (I used my points for my very first "Get it Now" for this one!)
