In a time of social media it seems more & more people are really disconnecting from the real world. Our students are so stressed that the suicidal rates are increasing. This book sounds like a practical approach to breaking the connectivity cycle that many are addicted to. FOMO is real, but missing out on real connections is far more hurtful.
