Perhaps now more than ever, it is a struggle to find moments of quiet contemplation and free ourselves from distractions. There are moments in the preface where the author's tone is a bit juvenile (ex/ "Damn you, Julia) with the intent of being funny, but it hurts his credibility somewhat. Yet, it seems like a positive and helpful resource, guiding readers closer toward authenticity, vulnerability in the name of healing, and finding happiness. I'm curious to read more.
