I can't say that I'm really interested in reading a self help. I'm helpless, alright? But I can say that I really enjoyed the author's voice that this was written in. It was down to earth and funny and made you want to hear what he had to say. (Although I still think that meditation is a hippy dippy waste of time. Hue.)
