This book seems like a valuable book in theory. It’s about how to peel away all the layers of “stuff” so you can truly be present. Now the first look didn’t include the anything beyond the introduction so it is hard to know if I will connect with the book. But certainly the overall goal of the book is a good one and the introductory chapters were a quick read.
