Looks Fascinating and Important
I'm definitely the kind of person who says "I should meditate more often" and knows that if I did, I'd be more focused and feel better. I would love it if this book helped me become more intentional and present. The opening segment is promising - the writing is approachable and the ideas presented seem to be understandable. I've read some Buddhist writings that can get really philosophical/hard to grasp, and this looks like a better entry point.
