What a wonderful meditation on how we should not just be present in the moment for the sake of it, but to lower all the walls we put up around ourselves and to live deeply enriched lives with real connections. I like to think I abide by the heart of "Presence": to stay open to the fullness of the world around me. But this book is a lovely reminder. Here's to LIFE!
