The cover really draws you in. My First impression of this book is truly a self help book. If you’re not looking to dive into the greater meaning of your life or to reflect I wouldn’t recommend this book off the first impression. On the other hand I highly encourage anyone looking for improvement in their life and finds it helpful to read self improvement books to give this one a try. The authors basic theories do not seem too of base.
