I'm all for living a meaningful life.
I'm all for meditation, self-awareness, being present--even through the difficult times.
And I'm all for the fun and down to earth feel of this book.
Not only do I think I could learn from this book, but I'd be entertained as well. I like that the author doesn't come off as an elitist or know-it-all. He seems sincere in his quests--initially, to improve his own life, and now, to benefit others.
