This sounds like a book that we can all learn something from! We can all use a little more happiness and growth in our lives and learn to better deal with change. So much of our lives are spent in routine and the author is right, we are present, but not really present. We can all stand to dig deeper in our hearts and truly be present each day. I can't wait to read this book!
