I'm not sure about this book. While it seems like it would be potentially interesting for those who would like to reevaluate their lives, I'm a little skeptical on whether this is the book for me. I wasn't a fan of the cover and kept questioning. Should I really be listening to a mediation teacher? Does he really know what he's talking about?
