As someone who has been looking for ways to live a better life, a more fulfilling life, this book has reached out and grabbed me. There is honesty & realness from the beginning and it isn’t an overnight transition. I also love that we are encouraged to move at our own pace. This book has drawn me in when I didn’t even know I needed it. Looking forward to learning from this book. I feel like it is going to be something great!
