Curious

I wanted to read this sample yo find out about the guy who lived six months as a monk in Burma. That's hardcore. It turns out he's got science and psychology study under his belt, but he is genuine. I appreciate his real voice and his practical view of learning from mindfulness and bringing the ideas into real-world, real-life practice. Let's face it, most of us will never go on a retreat or take a vow of silence.
