Spending a lot of time at the moment working out how to get more from life and what is it that actually makes me feel good. Breaking up with my bad relationships and I don't mean just with people, I mean with everything in my life that I do but doesn't actually make me feel good. The first one of the list is diet and alcohol, pressing restart on the relationship and building a healthier one.

A really interesting book and I am seriously interested in Cory's methods to be more 'present' in life!
