I just wasn't a fan. I think the cover is gorgeous but the premise is one I just can't find myself wanting to read more of. I think the writing was okay and the story very sad (hopefully it gets better as it progresses). It does start somewhat abruptly. You're thrown into the story rather than introduced to it. I feel nothing, therefore I'm not really sad about the (potential) affair. I think it would be far more impactful if we see the tenderness and loving marriage THEN get thrown the potential disastrous news.
