Sydney is the youngest spy working for an international organization called Panacea and is assigned to train and work with Winter, a rising young pop star on a covert operation. Winter has been invited to perform at a private birthday party for the daughter of a wealthy trafficker and will provide Sydney a cover for an information gathering mission.
This is probably a book that will appeal to a teen audience more so than young adult. There is a vague, somewhat soft enemies to lovers theme but appropriate for even younger teens. The book has a slow build then goes over the top with action with our main characters being in deadly situations yet miraculously surviving every time. The story is very unrealistic (but it is fiction) yet very predictable. No language or sexual content warnings.
