A pop sensation recruited for a spy mission. Yes, please. This was such a fantastic read and I loved everything about the characters. They are so well written and developed. They are flawed, personable, and relatable.
A elite co-op group recruits Winter as he is hired to perform a private concert for a crime boss's daughter. Sydney, with her own issues and past, is acting as his hired security. They don't get along initially, but as they spend more time working together, they start to develop more than just a working relationship.
I really enjoyed their building relationship as they learn to work together to reach a common goal and bring down the bad guys.
Marie Lu is one of my favorite YA authors and has yet to disappoint. I cannot wait for the sequal and eagerly wait for it. Also, the cover is stunning!
