The book pulled me in from the very first page. The idea of a pop star becoming a spy is intriguing. I wish we had gotten some page time with Sydney but the First Look kind of amps up the tension of their meet. I like that we get a lot of backstory about Winter in such a relatively short page count. Marie Lu really knows how to make the most of each description. I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest of the book plays out.
