I enjoyed Warcross, but this book was trying way too hard to tick off all the diversity points, including pandering to the toxic bully that's liberal propaganda.
And for some reason, this author likes using dead brothers as character motivation. Warcross, Legend (I'm told), and Skyhunter--all of them had some form of a dead brother to fuel a character (MC or otherwise) to do the things they do. What does LU have against brothers???
