I have never read a Marie Lu novel, but from the short excerpt I have read from "Stars Smoke", I feel like maybe I have been missing out. Besides the absolutely stunning cover, this novel hints at so many high points, such as an unexpected love story and a secret agent adventure to keep all readers on the edge.
