When I read the description of 'Stars and Smoke' I immediately thought not my kind of book BUT when I read the First Look I was interested. Winter is enigmatic to his fans and in this story. I find myself wanting to know more about him, his life, his Mother and his brother Artie. I would also like to meet his bodyguard to be, The Jackal. While the cover would be what I expected given the book description, after reading the First Look I might need to try out a Marie Lu book for myself!
