The cover is cute and bold. After reading the synopsis, I knew I would be interested. Ellie is a 6th grader who happens to be on the big side. Her own siblings have caused her a world of hurt as well as her own mother. Her father seems to be her safe place aside from the house pool. I would like to know of Ellie can overcome her hurt and embrace herself for the beauty that she is.
