I think this book does a very good job of bringing important issues like fat shaming to the light. It’s a hard issue to bring up because it’s often looked down upon. If you aren’t society’s “standard size” then you’re told you aren’t good enough and to me that is really sad. This book is written in a way that gives everyone even just a little more confidence to be who they are. Regardless of what other people think of you.
