I think this is going to be a very important book for young girls/women to read. It's not a secret that as technology has advanced so has the over-sexualization of the female body. This is especially true for plus-sized young women who face so many problems: from receiving adequate care from their doctors to finding flattering clothes that don't cost 5x what straight size clothes cost. From the blurb, this sounds like a book that's going to have a message of rewiring your brain from internalized fatphobia, and through the perspective of the mother will have an important message for parents as well about the pain you can unknowingly inflict on your child.
