This was a really good story, although I do find the ending still rather open. The cover is absolutely stunning and I like how it portrays the dual personality and timeline of Jessica. Sci-fi isn't really my forte and this didn't convince me to like it, but it was quite obviously sci-fi and it was so thought-provoking and interesting. The premise involves space-travel and dna printing and identity/consciousness and alien life and makes you think a lot about death- not in a horror gory way, but like a scientific, worldwide open viewpoint: the what is, what coulds, and what shoulds. I grew to really like the Jessicas, even though they seemed off-putting at the beginning, and I like the other characters too. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a thought provoking read- even someone who doesn't typically like sci-fi, like me, could really enjoy this.
