Star Splitter is unlike any book I have ever read before! I thoroughly enjoyed the way the author captured my attention and kept me interested throughout the book.
It was truly an intriguing concept that people could travel to planets many light years away by simply having their bodies printed and Bingo! less than a week later their original body would be destroyed and a new one could pick up where the old one left off in a different location. There were also life forms contend with--that reminded me a bit of Star trek episodes,
The characterization was well done, especially with two Jessica's in the mix. One had different memories than the other because she was printed after some of things that happened in the book. It took me a bit to figure out which one was which, but this little twist really added to the plot.
Overall, I found the story to be very good.
