I stepped out of my normal genre and found myself pleasantly surprised!

Sci-Fi is a really hard genre for me to get into. It's usually really hard for me to follow, and understand, and quite frankly- I typically find this genre really boring.
Star Splitter is not at all the case.

I was captured from early on and literally could not set this down. The way Matthew builds this world was almost too easy to picture, and it was easy to understand the way people view bodies and memories.

Now, I have to warn you... this is not a "straight-talk" kind of book, which may frustrate a few of you. And there's a lot of open-ended questions we are left with and no exact answers. I'm okay with this kind of thing, like being able to guess for myself what happened or what will happen. But I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.

I really enjoyed this ARC copy of Star Splitter, and really wish I could read more soon. Assuming there's a sequel in the works! But even if there isn't, and this is where Matthew leaves us, I really loved this book.
