Star Splitter hits the ground running and doesn't let up. I like how it opens with one chapter from another character's perspective, Jessica's teleportation liaison, so we get an outsider's view of her before delving into her first person point of view. The "before" and "after" setup of the timelines create tons of tension, and readers will keep flying through the pages to find out what fills in the missing gaps. The action is quick, and there's a big reveal that sets up a huge conflict... can't wait to read the rest!
