2023 is going to be a year where I try to turn to science fiction more often than not. I have a tumultuous relationship to the genre because I am just SO picky with the stories told in space. Curse you, Star Wars! Anyway, this book reminds me a lot of Contagion by Erin Bowman with the mysterious deaths, blood everywhere and high tension. I'm super excited to check this out!
