I am not normally a sci-fi reader, but this book might change that. I was drawn in from the first line and it just kept getting better. The thing that struck me most were how many emotions I was feeling. I don't normally connect with characters so quickly, but I felt Jessica's panic while she was trapped in the body printer. I was terrified for her when she woke up alone on a strange planet with no idea what happened and why she wasn't on a ship in orbit. Star Splitter is definitely going on my TBR and I can't wait to see where it goes!
