This really got right into the meat of the plot. I was not expecting the clone situation, but it adds a layer of intrigue to this. A lone survivor exploring/trying to survive an unfamiliar environment is a plot line I often enjoy. I like when the world becomes a source of wonder and a threat to the characters. The additions of two versions of the protagonist who have to work together but don't necessarily feel comfortable around each other or know how to share a life seems like it will add some interesting conflict and discussion.
